The homes comprise spacious parking, front and rear landscaped gardens. This development was our first completed post introduction of the enhanced Building Regulations 2022. The properties have been designed to meet the highest efficiency standards being all electric and incorporating Air Source Heat Pump heating system and enhanced insulation and ventilation.
Constrained Development
Park Avenue was built at the end of an existing cul-de-sac and was accessed between two existing, occupied properties making delivery complex in terms of both access and maneuverability. The construction phase was sensitivity and tactfully planned ensuing minimal impact to the existing residents. Our partners were delighted with Highall for delivering homes which blended seamlessly with surrounding established development despite the delivery constraints.
